Evidence
Tees Valley Combined Authority has paid Mott Macdonald £59,914 to update its EV charging infrastructure strategy, a 12-month contract that started on 28 August 2026. It is small, but it lands in the middle of a reset: the authority ended its £6.6m LEVI on-street concession tender in April, partly to fold its existing publicly funded network into the procurement. The full analysis sets out that timeline, what the bigger relaunched concession means for an operator, how this buyer brings in EV consultants, and what the notice leaves unsaid.
