Evidence
South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority has bought Peugeot 3008 Allure Electric 73kWh cars for South Yorkshire Police at £292,664.14, awarded directly to Stellantis in September 2026. There is nothing to bid for here, but the pattern behind it is worth reading. The full analysis traces the three electric awards in this year's replacement programme, the framework route one of them names, the bus franchising call off with electric deck types in it, where this authority's charging money has actually been and why that engagement is no longer live, and what the notice does not say, starting with how many cars.
