£1.84M LEVI capital project framework for UK central government and public sector bodies
Evidence
Crown Commercial Service is procuring a 15-year concession for supplier-funded on-street EV charging infrastructure in Suffolk's conservation areas, supported by LEVI Capital grant funding. The focus is on 'flat and flush' chargepoints for residents without home charging access.
This represents a significant long-term concession opportunity combining LEVI funding with supplier investment for heritage-sensitive on-street charging. The 15-year term with potential extension offers substantial revenue certainty, whilst the conservation area requirement creates a technical barrier that may limit competition to specialists with appropriate solutions.
