Evidence
Livv Housing Group wants one fuel card provider for diesel, petrol and EV charging, for three years from February 2027, and is asking the market for views first: an optional questionnaire is due by 17:00 on 16 October 2026. The full analysis sets out who the contract suits, why a charging-only card would not fit as described, what a comparable housing group asked for, and what the notice leaves open.
