Call-Off Order Awarded Without Competition (AWOC)) in accordance with the provisions within the GCA RM6347 TTS Framework. The Home Office has provided funding to the NPCC Sustainability Portfolio (Via Blue Light Commercial (BLC)) to provide advice and support to forces, act as a central point for discussions with HM Government regarding funding of charging infrastructure and with the private sector in respect of technology development. This first stage of activity will deliver services to: • Establish the NPCC EV Strategic Transition Advisory Board. • Assess the service continuity risk that the EV Transition poses to policing along with relevant mitigations; and • Deliver a Programme Definition Document to assess the governance, scope and costs of any future EV Programme Team within the NPCC Sustainability Portfolio (Stage 2).
