Evidence
Cumberland has run a two-lot LEVI charging contract, on-street plus car parks and community sites, on a £3,465,000 government grant, and has provisionally picked Char.gy and Charge My Street. The full analysis is clear about what is settled and what is not, the provisional standstill status, how the £3.465m grant relates to the much larger contract value, and the fifteen-year concession shape, every figure traced to the notice.
