Evidence
Places for People and Anchor Hanover Group are now out to tender, closing midday on 26 October 2026 after a one-week extension, for one supplier to install and run EV charging across both estates: ten years from April 2027, extendable to fifteen, with a published total of £40,000,000 including VAT across the two lots. It is client-funded, so the landlords pay for the infrastructure and own it. The full analysis covers what that funding model means for your bid, the five-then-two shortlisting funnel and what it demands on day one, the split between 19,500 driveway points and the harder retrofit work, and the two figures in the notice that do not agree.
