LEVI concession for supply and operation of EV charging across Coventry

Evidence
Coventry City Council is preparing a concession contract for four EV charging hubs in residential areas with limited off-street parking. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) for a future procurement, not a live tender.
This represents a significant residential charging opportunity targeting areas with high on-street parking dependency. The concession model with LEVI co-funding creates a lower-risk entry point for CPOs seeking to establish hub networks in underserved residential areas.
