Scottish Water requires a cloud hosted software and Hardware workspace management service. The service will allow employees to book and manage reservations for 2 500 resources (made up of desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, pool cars, electric car charging points and parking spaces) across fifteen Scottish Waster locations, using a number of potential interfaces (such as web based application; meeting room panels; self-service kiosks; mobile interface; Outlook Add In). The service will allow Scottish Water Workplace team to report on the utilisation of the resources to enable strategic decision making at these locations. The project would be considered a success if it is able to deliver the following: — a reliable and secure desk and room booking service with simple user interfaces which does not adversely impact the user experience and productivity, — a resilient desk and room booking service which meets the requirements for Scottish Water should a business continuity or disaster recovery event occurs, — a value for money service, with robust information security, compliant with all legislation such as GDPR, — policy, management guidelines, procedures and training/guidance to support the introduction of the new service to the organisation, — migration of existing valid reservations for resources from Workspace Manager.
