This further competition under the Hertfordshire County Council framework (reference HCC1811097) with TPPL covers the procurement of electric vehicle charging point infrastructure for both council vehicles at depots and other council premises, and privately owned vehicles in public car parks and other premises between 2021 and 2026. This period is to ensure that the emerging Local Transport Plan and next (post 2024) Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Plan has a period to allow the demobilisation and mobilisation of any new outcomes.
