T0199 TRSS0050 Lorry Parking Research

The purpose of this research is to inform and direct government action and understanding of lorry parking in England. This study will replicate and build on the DfT study undertaken in 2018 . The study has 5 key research objectives: 1. Capturing current supply and demand of lorry parking in England 2. Understanding the factors that drive demand and supply of lorry parks in England 3. Quantify existing provision of facilities, current technologies and expectation of future provision (e.g. electric charging points) 4. Capturing new and innovative best practices 5. Capturing current user experience, including vulnerable users.
