Innovate UK, part UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), hope to identify a consultancy or research body to appropriately map the lifecycle of battery EV's and ICE vehicles following a collision or accident. The contractor will pinpoint any issues arising from the increasing uptake of EVs from a battery life and insurance perspective and propose future packages of work which could help to address any potential issues identified. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
