Fusion21 Energy Efficiency Framework

Fusion21 is developing a framework for the provision of energy efficiency works and services for use by current and prospective members. This procurement exercise is inviting tenders from all interested companies who meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation for the lots they wish to bid for. The framework is split into seven (7) lots, these include: 1) External Wall Insulation and Associated Works; 2) Cavity Wall, Loft and Internal Insulation; 3) Cladding and Associated Works; 4) Domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage; 5) Non-Domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage; 6) Electric Vehicle Charging Points; and 7) LED Lighting. Domestic properties — external wall insulation, preparatory and ancillary work including but not limited to damp proofing, draft proofing, roofing, windows and doors. For England, Scotland and Wales we anticipate project values to range between 100 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP. For Northern Ireland we anticipate project values to range between 1 000 000 GBP and 5 000 000 GBP. Cladding system which can be applied into both domestic and non-domestic buildings, including curtain walling and innovative thermal performance improvement measures. We anticipate project values to range between 100 000 GBP and 5 000 000 GBP. Design, supply and install Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and battery storage to domestic dwellings. Also included is the repair, service and maintenance of these systems. We anticipate project values to range between 100 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Design, supply and install Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems, Battery Storage and Solar Carparks to non-residential properties. Also included is the repair, service and maintenance of these systems. Works may also include other non-domestic Solar PV works, such as solar farms. We anticipate project values to range between 100 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP. Cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation, hard to treat cavities, loft insulation, room in roof insulation, preparatory and ancillary work including but not limited to damp proofing, draft proofing, roofing, windows and doors. We anticipate project values to range between 50 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Design, supply, installation and maintenance of Electric Vehicle Charging Points (EVCP) including testing, verification and associated electrical works. We anticipate project values to range between 20 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Design, supply and installation of LED Lighting including but not limited to new installations, rewiring, refurbishment, upgrade of existing lighting systems, controls, emergency lighting, testing and verification, and associated electrical works. We anticipate project values to range between 20 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP.
