This Lot 1 will be awarded to the first place Supplier based on Most Economically Advantageous Tender. Additionally, a Framework of up to 4 Suppliers will be established with direct award or mini-tender used for any future awards needed to meet the requirements of Subgroups.

The Contracting Authority and/or Participating Authority reserve the right to seek verbal or written clarification, representation or negotiation in order to assess the capability and suitability of Suppliers placed on Lot 2 to deliver the Service Requirements as specified by the Contracting Authority and/or Participating Authority.
