Servicing and inspection of air conditioning and heating plant installations including undertaking gas tightness testing across approximately 285 sites. The contract also includes the provision of a call out service to attend to breakdowns and the completion of repairs and renewals (when commissioned). The Lot covers approximately 815 items of heating plant at 260 sites, 345 items of air conditioning/heat pump plant at 70 sites along with gas tightness testing to approximately 270 installations at 190 sites. Periodic testing of electrical installations, the servicing and testing of fire alarms and emergency lighting installations and the test and inspection of electric vehicle charging points across a total of approximately 375 sites.
