This procurement aims to deliver the EVCPs associated with the project. This must include ECVPs at a minimum of 53 locations (referred to as ‘Phase 1’ sites), predominately in public car parks across Devon and South Somerset. The car parks are owned by DCC and the District and Borough Councils. DCC will procure a Private Sector Partner (PSP) to design, build, operate and maintain charge points through a concessions arrangement. The PSP will be provided with a maximum GBP 500 000 contribution towards costs.
